Website Terms

Last updated August 2026

These terms govern the use of the Techfind Consulting Limited corporate website. They are deliberately separate from the agreements that govern client projects and services.

About these terms

These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the public Techfind Consulting Limited corporate website at techfindconsulting.africa (the “Website”). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms cover the marketing website only. They are not the agreement under which Techfind provides services to clients. Any client engagement is governed by a separate quotation, order, Statement of Work, and Client Terms — see “Client engagements” below.

What the Website is for

The Website exists to share information about Techfind, our services, technology and solutions; to show demonstrations and examples; to provide educational and marketing content; and to give you convenient ways to contact us. It is an information and communication resource.

Website information is general and may change

We keep the Website accurate and up to date, but its content is general and may change without notice. General descriptions on the Website do not, on their own, create binding commitments about exact features, project pricing, delivery dates, implementation timelines, or guaranteed results.

No automatic contractual offer

Unless we clearly state otherwise, descriptions, examples and any pricing indications on the Website are not a binding offer. A formal engagement with Techfind arises only through an accepted quotation, order, Statement of Work, or other agreement we recognise in writing.

Client engagements

When you become a client, the specific work, deliverables, timelines, fees, ownership, support and other terms are set out in the applicable quotation, Statement of Work and Client Terms — not on this Website. Those documents, and not these Website Terms, govern the services we provide to you. Our Client Terms are available on request.

Demonstrations and examples are illustrative

The Website may include software demonstrations, sample dashboards, mockups, prototypes, AI demonstrations, automation examples, screenshots, case studies, and sample calculations or ROI examples. These are illustrative — they show how things can work — and are not commitments unless they are specifically incorporated into a signed agreement with you.

No guarantee of business results

Our marketing content may describe potential benefits such as efficiency, automation, better lead management, higher conversion, time and cost savings, productivity, or revenue opportunities. These are illustrative possibilities, not guarantees. Actual outcomes depend on your circumstances and how a solution is implemented. This does not limit any specific commitment Techfind deliberately makes in a signed agreement.

Intellectual property

The Techfind name and logo, and the Website's content, branding, graphics, interface, copy, demonstrations, and original materials, are owned by Techfind or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and use the Website for legitimate, personal or business-evaluation purposes.

You must not, without our permission:

  • reproduce or republish substantial parts of our proprietary content;
  • present our content as your own;
  • scrape or harvest protected material at scale;
  • copy our demonstrations for commercial exploitation;
  • misuse our trademarks; or
  • interfere with the Website's operation.

Trademarks and materials belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Website. In particular, you must not:

  • attempt malicious attacks, or introduce malware;
  • attempt unauthorised access or to circumvent security;
  • scrape in a way that materially harms the Website or infringes rights;
  • impersonate any person or submit fraudulent enquiries;
  • interfere with the Website's functionality or availability.

Third-party services and WhatsApp

The Website may link to external websites and platforms, including WhatsApp. These operate independently of Techfind, and their own terms and privacy practices apply. A WhatsApp link is simply a convenient way to contact us; WhatsApp and Meta remain independent platforms that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.

Website availability

We aim to keep the Website available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Website may be unavailable at times for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Techfind will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Website, or from reliance on its general information (as distinct from a signed agreement) — including indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya, subject to any mandatory laws that apply to you. Any dispute relating to the Website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above shows when. If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us.
